Through education even the targets which appear to be daunting can be achieved. Gaining the power to change this world, personality development, intellectual capacity, ability to live in the world with the sense of cooperation and humanity ,love for one ‘s mother land and capacity to work hard for its economic progress, creativity and capability to overcome the challenges in the life depend on the education a person receives. This institution has a huge responsibility as an institution that is involved in Providing education to create a society with Knowledge, skills, good attitudes and better personality , Utilizing all the available resources efficiently and productively, this target can be achieved through the hard work and commitment of the every member of the staff of this office. By providing opportunities for professional development and updating the knowledge and skills of principals and teachers, their capacity to perform their duties can be enhanced. Further, by offering required technical support and facilities, they can be motivated to work hard with a greater degree of job satisfaction. At the same time, by providing enough physical resources to facilitate learning teaching process, implementing health and nutrition promoting programs, improving infrastructure facilities, making available all the benefits of free education, strengthening the curricular and co-curricular activities and offering equal opportunities for all students, a better and quality education can be given to the students at our schools. In addition, by obtaining the support and co-operation of other stake holders and society, the final target of the education can be attained. I am happy about the creating a website for our Zonal Education Office to support its activities. I believe that this website will be a boon to implement above mentioned activities.
